- the inspection process and negotiating any repairs
- setting up local municipal inspections
- coordinating with the buyer’s agent
- working with the title company for closing
I play a key role in making sure this process goes as smoothly as possible. Keeping an open line of consistent communication with you and all other parties involved ensures we close on your home. My job is not complete until the final papers have been signed and you deposit your proceeds check.
