Here it is…..our newest home to flip! Or are we?
So we were fortunate enough to purchase this cute little home to flip. Its been a few years since we were flipping homes and wanted to get back into it, luckily many things happened which allowed us the opportunity to get this home. We have owned the home for a few months now and had full intentions of flipping the house. But as with many things in life, things change. So this will be our first rental home. Why are we renting it instead?
Simply put, the home investment area of our market has become very difficult. What I mean is there is some intense pressure among home investors and the competition for properties is pretty fierce. So while I know we would make a pretty good profit on this home the problem is finding another home to roll it into. Since this was such a great home to start with the idea of making it a rental home was a better choice.
So I know your tired of reading and want some pictures, so feast your eyes on this beauty!
So she is a little rough….or a lot rough, depending on your view. For me I see a lot of cosmetic work and updating that is needed. So follow along and see what it really takes to flip a home. This isn’t TLC, so don’t expect this to be done in 3 weeks for $5,000. This is the reality of flipping homes and the ups and downs of doing it.
