Are you a full-time or part-time agent?
I am a full-time agent. I don’t feel I could give the attention to detail that each client deserves if I was doing this part time. Selling homes is a 24-7 job that I truly enjoy doing.
Do you work with a team?
I do not work with a team. I feel in order for each client to be treated with the utmost attention they need to know when they have a question or concern they can contact me directly. I prefer not to have 20+ homes listed at anytime, there is no way your home and your questions get the attention needed if I (or a team) has that many homes to sell. I look at it like going to the doctor, we all want our doctor to spend as much time as we need to answer our questions and feel good when we leave. Not to be rushed through our appointment and out the door.
If you don’t have a team do you sell many homes?
On average I close 35 homes each year. For me its not about selling the most homes. It’s about making sure my clients are completely satisfied with their individual situation. If your looking for the biggest home seller, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for someone to spend as much time as you need and to know you’re not just a number, than I look forward to working with you.
Do you have statistics on last years sales?
I do! I am proud to say through the course of last year my listings sold for an average of 97% of their asking price and sold within 35 days of being on the market.
